Ingredients

  • Pig-heart – 1 PC.
  • Cucumber – 2 PCs.
  • Eggs – 4 PCs.
  • Sweet pepper – 2 PCs.
  • Canned corn – 0,5 banks
  • Sour cream – 150 ml.
  • Lemon juice
  • Mustard – 1 tsp.
  • Dill
  • Red onion – 1 PC.

Method of preparation

  • Step 1 Heart boil until tender, cool, cut straws.
  • Step 2 Cucumber, peppers cut into strips and sent to the heart. Add corn.
  • Step 3 Onion cut into half rings .
  • Step 4 boil Eggs, peel, separate the protein and cut into strips in a salad.
  • Step 5 RUB the Yolks with sour cream.
  • Step 6 Add lemon juice , mustard, finely chopped greens. Stir.
  • Step 7 the resulting sauce dressed with lettuce, salt, pepper, stir and serve.
