So simple, but at the same time elegant salad is ideal for a light dinner with family. It contains a lot of vitamins (including vitamin E, useful for the exterior) and other nutrients, does not overload the stomach and is really tasty. Salad with avocado, cucumber, lettuce and mozzarella cheese (or any hard cheese) perfect for a romantic dinner, since it exhibits the properties of a food-aphrodisiac.

Ingredients for salad with avocado

  • Avocado – 1 PC;
  • Lemon – 1 PCs;
  • Green salad (leaves) – 150 g;
  • Cucumbers – 2 PCs;
  • The olive or vegetable oil – 40 ml;
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

How to cook salad with avocado

  1. Wash the lemon peel brush from dirt and dust. Grate the zest on a grater with small cells that were only the pulp. Squeeze the juice into a separate bowl.
  2. Cucumber cut into thin slices (to get the required thickness, try rubbing them on a grater for carrots in Korean).
  3. Avocado cut into 2 pieces, remove the bone, remove from it a peel.
  4. Chop avocado to small pieces, pour them with lemon juice.
  5. Arrange the salad leaves on a plate. Then put cucumbers, sprinkle them with lemon zest and spices.
