- Cherries — 450 Grams (I have frozen, pitted)
- Purified water — 8 Glasses
- Granulated sugar — 180 Grams
- Lemon juice — 1 tbsp. spoon
- Potato starch — 4 Tbsp. spoon

How to make “Pudding”
1. Berries put in a saucepan and pour water. Send on fire and bring to a boil.
2. After boiling, reduce heat to low, and cook mixture about 12 minutes. Add the sugar and lemon juice.
3. In 60 milliliters of water, stir to dissolve the starch, then pour into the saucepan in a thin stream and stir continuously.
