Kale salad and grapes

Ingredients

  • Cabbage — 300 gr.
  • Grape — 250 gr.
  • Carrot — 1 PC.
  • Apple — 1 PC.
  • Lemon juice — 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt — 4 tbsp
  • Salt

Method of preparation

  • Step 1 Cabbage finely chopped. Carrot grate for Korean carrot. Apple peel, cut into strips. Grapes wash, cut into two halves and remove the bones.
  • Step 2 crumple the Kale with your hands, add the Apple, carrot, grapes.
  • Step 3 season with yogurt, add the lemon juice, sprinkle with salt, stir and serve.
