  • Beet — 2 PCs.
  • Carrots — 2 PCs.
  • Potatoes — 2 PCs.
  • Onion — 1 PC.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Pita
  • Herring/fillet — 2-3 PCs.

Method of preparation

  • Step 1 Boil in “uniform” beets, potatoes and carrots. Let cool, clean.
  • Step 2 Cut the lavash into four pieces. One part of the layer of herring fillets. All vegetables RUB on a grater.
  • Step 3 Spread on herring grated vegetables, onion rings and mayonnaise.
