Banana burfi with nuts, dried apricots and raisins

Ingredients

  • Water 200 ml
  • Sugar 200 gr.
  • Banana-400 gr.
  • Dried apricots 50 gr.
  • Raisins 50 gr.
  • Almond 50 gr.
  • Milk powder 200 gr.
  • Butter 100 gr.

Method of preparation

  • Step 1 Dissolve sugar in water over a fire.
  • Step 2 Add finely chopped bananas and cook for 30-40 minutes.
  • Step 3 Finely chop the apricots, raisins and almonds.
  • Step 4 After 30-40 minutes, when bananas will turn into a homogeneous mass and darken. Add the apricots, almonds and raisins. Stir.
  • Step 5 Add milk, stir gently.
  • Step 6 Melt butter in the pan.
  • Step 7 Add the butter to the mixture and mix well.
  • Step 8 Put the mass into shape, cover with cling film and put in the freezer for 60 minutes.
