Ingredients

  • Cod liver canned – 400 g.
  • Egg – 2 PCs.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp
  • Green onions
  • Salt, pepper

Method of preparation

  • Step 1 Eggs to boil, cool, peel, finely chop.
  • Step 2 Green onions finely chop.
  • Step 3 put cod Liver oil in a bowl, mash with a fork, add the lemon juice, olive oil. Mix well.
  • Step 4 Then add the onions and eggs. Mix well.
  • Step 5 this is best snack to serve on a slice of fragrant fresh bread.
