The currants in this recipe you can use any sour fruit for example, cherries or strawberries.
- banana: 1 PC.
- currant: 3 tbsp.
- yogurt or kefir: 150 ml
- oat flakes: 3 tablespoons
1. Mix in the bowl of a blender the banana, add the yogurt, washed berries and cereal.
2. Whisk everything until a homogeneous mass.
3. Pour into glasses and serve, garnished with berries and slices of banana.
